Let’s weave our gifts and create new worlds together.

Our culture has kept us divided, putting us into personal and professional silos that prevent us from pooling our collective power and genius. I believe that when we meet at the intersections of our divided worlds, that is where the real magic of innovation and liberation happens.

If you are a musician, embodiment coach, spiritual guide, feminine leader, healer, activist, or anyone who feels a resonance and kinship with the soul of my work, I would love to collaborate!

I live at the intersection of creative expression, pleasure activism and collective liberation.

Born in New York to an Iranian Jewish mother and a Punjabi Sikh father, you could say that world-weaving is in my DNA.

Alongside my devotion to social justice and embodiment work, I am an international touring violist and co-founder of Decoda (the affiliate ensemble of Carnegie Hall). Over the last 2 decades I’ve been using music as a force for change across diverse spaces, from the United Nations and Obama’s White House, to hospitals, prisons, schools and shelters.

Social Justice

Activists: I see you. Thank you for showing up time and again. For holding so true to your values and demanding that the world meet you there. It is hard devotional labor and burnout is real. You cannot keep going without replenishing your sources for fuel and resilience. I want to help those of you on the front lines.

I offer opportunities for you to bring your grief and your rage and transmute them into experiences that bring pleasure and safety, allowing your heart to continue to open and your body a chance to receive the much needed love and nourishment it needs.

Artistic Expression

I relish collaborations across creative genres, especially in support of justice-led causes. Examples of recent projects include the Lullaby Project (creating personalized lullabies for pregnant mothers experiencing challenging life circumstances); Freedom to Play (using music as part of a maximum security facility’s rehabilitation program); and Brave, a creative collaboration with sensational singer and songwriter, Jackie Gage.

Sacred Sensuality

I collaborate with coaches, leaders and sacred space-holders to create bespoke journeys that help women tap into their inner fire. Exploring themes of feminine power, sensuality, embodiment, I curate experiences that weave together music, guided meditations and pleasure-led movement. These are available both as online and in-person workshops and retreats.
