PLEASURE MEDITATIONS

I’m delighted to share these yummy 15 minute pleasure meditations that I’ve created just for you. They promise to be a titillating experience for all of your senses, as I guide you through a sensual exploration of your uniquely beautiful and sacred body.

Whether its morning, afternoon, or evening, I invite you to slip into bed and set the mood. Try lighting some candles, wearing something that feels really good on your skin (I love silk, cashmere, and really soft cotton) and perhaps wearing a scent that you adore.

If you have headphones or a good speaker available, play the meditation through there. If not, your phone is great too.
