6-week group journey

PLEASURE IN DARKNESS

How do we open our hearts and feel it all, even in our darkest moments?

If the thought of opening your heart to grief and anger sounds too hard, you are not alone. The patriarchy has taught us to suppress, not harness, our inner fire.

For me, learning how to use my breath, music, and slow sensual movement to release and transmute heavy emotions has been nothing short of life-changing.

It has not only brought more pleasure and life force energy into my daily life, it has opened my heart to parts of myself (and the world) that I didn’t think I had the capacity for.

Feeling deeply, with pleasure as our guide, is how we come fully alive.

If you don’t want to numb out anymore (avoiding things, binging on Netflix, pouring yourself a third glass of wine, scrolling endlessly on socials) but want to be fully awake to life and the world around you - the light and the dark, the beauty and the pain - ‘Pleasure in Darkness’ is for you.

Pleasure in Darkness is a 6-week journey to connect with the beauty of darkness and stoke our inner fires.

We’ll do this through guided meditation, movement, music, and the safety of sacred sisterhood.
